Amersham Music Centre has been providing community-based music-making opportunities for children and young people for the last 52 years.  During this time it has supported thousands of members with their musical journeys, whether it takes them into a professional musical career or a lifelong love of music.

Based at The Amersham School, Amersham Music Centre (part of Buckinghamshire Music Trust) welcomes over 200 members and their families every week, providing ensembles and activities for children aged 4 to 19.  It is a wonderful community of members, families and staff who all have a common love of music.

The musical journey starts with ‘Music for Munchkins’ for 4-6 year olds all the way through to top-level ensembles such as Youth Orchestra, Concert Band and Chamber Choir.  There really is something musical to join at ANY age or ability.
