One of the greatest romantic choral works, Schubert’s Mass in E flat major is an extraordinarily powerful and moving setting of the Mass.  Our orchestra will also perform his much loved ‘Unfinished Symphony’ a work which equals the Mass in its mystery and grandeur.  Mendelssohn’s ‘Hear my prayer’ is a choral classic for soprano soloist, choir and orchestra, including the celebrated ‘O for the wings of a dove.’
