Jennifer Stinton is well known to Amersham Festival audiences as a virtuoso soloist in our orchestral concerts. One of the finest flautists in this country, her recordings include the Rodrigo Flute Concerto with the English Chamber Orchestra, the Mozart Concertos with the Philharmonia Orchestra and Vivaldi Concertos with the Concertgebouw Orchestra. She made her Royal Festival Hall debut in 1993 playing a Mozart concerto with the Philharmonia Orchestra in the presence of Diana, Princess of Wales.
Jennifer also very much enjoys teaching and, in this masterclass, she will work with several young flautists at different levels of musical development. She is a lively and gifted communicator and this promises to be a fascinating evening.
